My name is Ryan Loy and I teach first grade here at Donovan Elementary.  I have been teaching since 2004.  I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades since I began teaching and have enjoyed teaching in each one of them.  I enjoy working at Donovan and I am a 1997 alumni of Donovan High School.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Governor State University.  I live in Donovan with my wife Melisa, my children Madelyn & Alan, and our dog Sadie.  I feel that we have a great school and surrounding communities with parents who support what we do.  I love working with students and watching them grow in their education!
